Notice on Transfer Application 2025

Students (with Cumulative GPA 3.3 or above) who wish to change your major programme to Insurance, Financial and Actuarial Analysis, please download application form from IFA-Transfer-Form-June-2025.doc and submit it to Ms. Ruby Ching of the Department of Finance at ruby@cuhk.edu.hk.

Please remember to enclose the following documents:
1. A copy of your CUHK academic report(s).
2. Copies of your public examination certificates (HKDSE, GCE A-Level, IB Diploma, …etc).
3. One-page resume.
4. Reason for your transfer application

Note: Please save your application form together with the documents above in one PDF file with your full name, e.g. CHAN Tai Man Simon.

Application Period: 28 May 2025 – 3 June 2025

Arrangement of interview:
1. Shortlisted applicants will be informed for the arrangement of interview via email or phone call on or before 13 June 2025.
2. Interviews will be arranged on 20 June 2025.
3. Applicants may be invited to attend a mathematics test in late June 2025.
